Farewell Psy Congroo

Hey everyone, zalas here. It’s been a while, hasn’t it? Well, unfortunately, as you may have surmised, I have kind of lost interest in updating this website, and it has fallen into quite a dilapidated state. To be honest, I don’t really see a need for encubed anymore, as there are quite timely sources of information available nowadays for visual novel translations. The two big commercial localizers JAST USA and MangaGamer have been doing a pretty good job updating their websites and Twitter feeds, and as far as fan translations go, I hear that VNTLS has been doing quite a good job as well. At Anime Expo 2013 and seeing MangaGamer announce additional suspense mystery titles, economics-heavy all-ages titles and dark sex titles, and seeing JAST USA announce animated beach stories, blockbuster time travel stories as well as even a partnership with short girls, I feel that this community has come a long way, and I hope it continues to carry on. Thank you for your patronage, well at least to what readers still remain. I’ll continue to pop in here and there as I always have, but as for writing for encubed, I think it’s already time for me to say: “Farewell Psy Congroo.”
